The Executive Committee of Council (EXCO)

EXCO oversees and monitors the executive management of the organisation which includes:

• Strategic planning and budgets
• Financial management
• Monitoring progress and quality of the work in respect of the mandate
• Annual reporting
• Risk management
• Administration and procurement
• Any other matters as delegated by Council

EXCO meets four times in the year
