The Council has appointed seven committees to oversee its work:
- Executive Committee of Council (EXCO)
- Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)
- Assessment Standards Committee (ASC)
- Accreditation Committee of Council (ACC)
- Information and Communication Technology Oversight Committee (ICTOC)
- Qualifications Standards Committee (QSC)
